Is this financial advice?

No — I’m a mortgage broker. Our role is to focus on lending eligibility, borrowing capacity and loan structure.

Do you recommend properties or tell me what to buy?

No. I don’t sell properties or recommend specific deals. I help you understand what’s possible on the lending side and structure it properly.

Who is this best suited to?

Homeowners who have usable equity and are considering their first investment property but want a clear starting point on eligibility and structure.

What happens on the 10-minute Investor Fit Call?

A quick chat to understand your situation and goals at a high level, and to confirm whether it’s worth moving forward to a detailed numbers session.

What do I need for the 10-minute call?

Nothing complicated. If you have rough figures (income, current loan balance, property value estimate), great — but the fit call is mainly a sense-check. If we proceed, I’ll let you know exactly what documents we need.

What happens after the Investor Fit call?

If it’s a fit, we gather documents via our secure portal so I can be accurate, then book a 40-minute video strategy call to go through numbers, structure and next steps.

Do you work with people outside NSW?

Yes — Australia-wide via phone/video and email.

How quickly can I get pre-approval?

It depends on your situation, how quickly you can get documents to us and the lender that we ultimately use. We work with lenders who can turn around an approval within 24 hours, but in most cases, allow 3-4 days.

What if I’m not eligible right now?

That’s okay — I’ll tell you straight and explain what would typically need to change so you can revisit it later.

Do you provide ongoing support after settlement?

Yes. I stay in touch and review your lending over time so the structure remains fit for purpose.

Do you charge fees for your service?

Generally no. We get paid a placement fee by the lenders that we ultimately use if we secure you a loan. We will generally only charge a fee for complex scenarios where Trusts, etc are involved.

Are You Investor Fit?

Step 1

We'll have an initial chat to see if we can assist you. If we can, we ask you to send us the required documents via our secure online portal

Step 2

We do a borrowing analysis and then have a video strategy session with you to dig deep into your needs, objectives and requirements

Step 3

We'll prepare a Loan Strategy Proposal outlining our recommendations. Then proceed with an application for Pre-Approval
